Update link shorteners

Designing

PUT

/website/domains/{domainId}/shorteners

Replace the custom email/SMS shortener host configuration for a given domain. The frontend sends the full current shorteners object on every host change (not a partial patch), matching this project's PUT-for-update convention. 'pointsTo' and 'status' are read-only/derived and ignored if sent. Scoped by the domainId path param, since the shortener host differs per domain.
