/events

Sends a custom event, optionally together with the contact it belongs to. If contact is present the contact is upserted first (best match), then the event is stored for it. Use for server-to-server integrations.

Use this method if you need to send a custom event that is not defined in the system. We recommend using standard events with standard methods whenever possible because they are optimized, well tested, and easy to use. However, you are free to define custom events wherever necessary.

This is an asynchronous call. The event is stored after it is processed. A 201 Created response means the message was accepted.
